I will admit I dont really play when the snow starts flying. Mainly becouse a lack of skill translates to alot of lost discs. :) I should learn to suck it up and play year round maybe my game would go from totaly crappy to just slightly crappy. Hows your arm by the way?

just spent about 3 hours dragging logs and chopping up downed trees and branches on new 17's putting green in the valley and new 18's fiarway. made a few mini bridges over the "creek" and now 17 actually has a puting green. i need a chainsaw to buck off the end of a 2ft width log to use as a bridge for the 2nd valley on new 18. if anybody wants to do this tomorrow morning at 10am call me 319-431-4888. itll take about 3 people to drag it over. then we can play a round while stopping @ new 6 to drag some logs and branches

lets see all of those people that have offered their help but i've never seen on workdays, here's your time to prove me wrong in some wet and cold weather

theres also some huge widow makers on 8 so watch the F out on windy days. they're a cunt hair away from coming down

big thanks to kurt conrad, chuck, average joe, hammy, and kollin for coming out and making it happen! we cleared a ton of crap, dragged that massve log to make a bridge on 18 and had the cops called on us by the neighborhood because they didnt like the chainsaw running. he was cool when i explained we were just cleaning up debris and downed trees.
