Played it yesterday and I would have to say this is one of my favorites now. You guys did a really great job, just needs a couple of bridges and signs and it would be simply amazing. Be playing out there alot more as this course progresses.

#8 tee pad needs to be repaired, it is too dangerous to plant your foot for a power shot on that smoot of a surface. Great course though.

Great course! OK, so my knowledge of the courses is very limited, but enjoyed it. Played the front 9 Wed and the back nine today. 17 nearly killed me though. Lost my disk in the deep brush right on the edge of the woods. Seriously injured my knee retrieving it. Will play it again when I'm able to walk! My Ohio sister saw the pics online and can't wait to play it the next time she's in town.

The long placement for hole #10 RULES. I played two rounds out there yesterday. The first time K.C. and I thought the basket had been stolen, so he whips out his phone to call Dan, and then we saw it on the long postion. Then K.C. got mad that I threw it next to the basket for a drop in duece.

The second round Kathy and I got to the tee and saw a group of kids trying to find the basket. They said "it's usually over next to the bank". I told them, "oh, it's in the long position now". They walked over and saw it and flipped out. they loved it. They all took like 6's or 8's on it, but they kept talking about how cool that hole was. Then I parked it again and dueced it.

Kudos on one of the coolest holes in the Quad Cities.

Apaprently, I should stop playing that hole now. I used up all my juju on that hole twice... It was worth it though. Probably will never happen again...

Rogue Pilot and I had a very cool experience out there today...

On hole 15 we were coming out of the "Endor Forest" and there were 2 deer right there, not 5 ft away from us. It was awesome. One was friggin HUGE!! They both had antlers and everything. An adult and a juvenile male. The adult casually walked down towards the pin and was right in our line where we had to throw. When I tee'd off he went right up to my disc and started sniffing it. Brad and I both thought he was gonna pick it up and take off with it. Then Brad tee'd off and the younger one came out of the rough and went right over to Brads disc and did the same thing to his. As Brad and I walked down to where our shots landed, the deer both took their sweet time leaving the spot and at one moment the adult looked like he was ready to charge at us. He dropped his head right at us and was definitely giving us the "DONT &$#@ WITH ME" look. Brad and I both stopped dead in our tracks and just let them move on before we continued. It was prolly the coolest thing in the world to watch... shoulda been there!!!

BTW.. We both LOVE the new course.. great job!!!

What an awesome experience. I hit a deer on hole 14 at Eastern once... not nearly as cool cuz I felt bad, the throw was a real yank.

At least you didn't kill a deer at Eastern like I think it was Sasquatch that did.
