I do have a converted Mach 1, ya I know most of you youngsters do not know what that is, that I can bring if needed.

JBOCK --- I have you down for the baskets and the hoodie (fortunately that is the size I ordered an extra of). What division are you playing and do you want Ace fund?

Is Steve playing Intermediate still? Does he want Ace Fund? Let me know if you get Bike World on the hook for any prizes and I will get them added to the sponsor list.

Thanks

After spending two weeks out of town for work, I hit it hard today folks and the sponsors and donations are rolling in. I will post some amounts as I get them established, but I am looking forward to nice player packs and a raffle to remember.

Here is my current list of people who have committed to baskets:

Damon -- 1
Daryl C. -- 2
Shane S. -- 1
Gunnick -- 1 / 1 (backup)
Steve A. -- 1 / 1 (backup)
Corey P. -- 1
Dave B. -- 1
Clue -- 1
Leon B. -- 1
Neils J. -- 1
Travis T. -- 1
Jay G. -- 1
Rusty C. -- 1
Scott I. -- 1
Joey T. -- 1
Steffen -- 1
JBOCK -- 2

That puts us at 19 regular baskets and a couple of available if needed. The goal is to have 20 baskets on hand in case someone falls through. If you have a basket to loan to the event, let me know and I will update the list.

We have about one week left before I have to submit the shirt sizes. I don't want anyone to get stuck with a shirt they cannot wear, so we really need to get the pre-reg up to 50 within the next 7 days. We are half way there, so drop it in the mail or get ahold of me to make arrangements to meet while I am on vacation this week.

Same time frame on Hoodies -- I don't need the money in advance on the hoodies, but if you would like a quality event hoodie for only $20 let me know this week with your name and size. Kind of hard to beat that price.

We have the appropriate amount of baskets on the list at this point as long as no one drops out. Once again, if you are on the list and will not make it let me know as soon as possible so I can make other arrangements. I spoke with them out there about some of the difficulties we had with dropping off baskets. He understood the basket owner concerns completely just as I understand the business reasons for little to no staff at this time of year for them. He said if we wanted to drop of baskets to call 967-2932 and coordinate a time with them. I will be making at least two trips out there before that day and I would be happy to take baskets out with me if you can get yours to me. If you would rather bring it that day, just make sure you get there early. I really appreciate all of you that are willing to bring your basket out.

Thanks

I have you on the registration list, but I have the first 50 pre-registrations down so the shirt size is not necessary. See you there.

If it's not raining and a work-related emergency doesn't come up (like it did for the recent Wildcat Bluff tournament), I'm planning to play. I will bring my Mach V basket along in case it is needed. I will play either advanced masters or pro masters - can I decide that morning? (Dave Kerkove)
