All Tournaments held in the state of Iowa or by Iowa affilitated clubs.

I love chase's enthusiasm. I too have played every doom since 2002 and wouldn't miss it for anything. The atmosphere Saturday is intoxicating, or is it the beers? Ask me Saturday.

Pros- PDGA Member $60 (Includes $2 PDGA Fee & $2 Ace) Non $70
Adv - PDGA Member $40 (Includes $2 PDGA Fee & $2 Ace) Non $50

INT, REC and Jrs are not sanctioned and Play Sat Only
INT - $25
REC -$20
Jrs - $15

Pros & Advanced are required to pay a $2 PDGA fee included in entry fees
Any Pro or Adv player that is a non-PDGA member must pay a $10 temp membership fee!!!!

There is no online signup but if you pre-register by mailing in or signing up with me, I will add $2 to the Ace fund for your division.

this will most likey be the last time you will ever see doom in its current layout. if you are on the fence, you better just come and enjoy it while it lasts....
the island may be best finishing hole in iowa

Wouldnt be so bad if you played it proper. If you land on the island and go OB you should be able to drop on the island. Thats my only issue w that hole....or do I need to dig up last years posts about it?

Agreed ..... although I landed on the island, the drop zone was probably tougher than the tee shot based on the results of my card mates. A drop on the island may be too easy, but a more manageable drop zone should be in order; the drop should never be tougher than the tee shot.

Drop zones with maybe a 60 ft putt are the nuttsss. Gives you a chance for that circle 3 and still offers the tin cup effect.

I think the hole was fine before I took a4 and a5 respectively on it last year.I swear people will make excuses for playing bad
