This course has received some negative feedback in the past (as it should have) however, after 6 years it has improved a great deal. A lot of work has been done by the parks in the past year. So don’t go on past negative comments that have been posted about this course.

Please post if you’re coming … which will maybe motivate others to show up too … thanks

Hope to c some players Saturday!
Tune up for the upcoming tourney season!!

I will have score cards.

if you can only play one round thats fine ... show up and play either morning round or afternoon round ...

I played there last fall and it was in very good shape. I may make it down for this.

.... MDR

not sure why you need to put the Fuller park course down every chance you get?

I hope others check it out and make up their own minds ... and not just go with your opinion ...

just a thought ...

when is the last time you played it?

If it was when I shot a round with you here ... that would be 2006 or 07

Maybe you have been here in the last year or so ... if that's the case then I guess you have your reasons to voice negative comments ... and that's fine with me ... I agree it does not compare with the top 10 courses in the state ...but ... it has come a long way since 2006

I hope someday you and others that feel the same way might give it another chance and play it again and see if you still feel the same way ...

thanks ...

This course could be great...........if it were moved to Weed Park. Yes, it was long ago when I played it and it sucked then. I'm just not sure how much better it could get!?!

Assuming everyone that says it sucks hasnt been there for a few years...The last 2 years, everytime I went we saw city workers working on the course...Its actually playable. I think it was before but now it actually has legit fairways and room for a disc...Its a fun little course...Im sure it could still use more work but is 110% better then what it was...

1. when you played the course many of baskets if not all of them were in short position ... which most of the short pin placements are weak sauce ... Jeff Harper had a great layout then the parks staff changed a lot of what Jeff had prepared ...some of it is still ok and I think their are several good holes... I did walk the course with parks staff just days before anchors were put in and they allowed a few changes to long basket locations that are fair/good plus much more difficult than the shorts. Yes it still is a course that needs work ... and needs alternate tee pads and another basket placement per hole ... don't know if that will ever happen but it could ... when all baskets are in the longs it plays at tourney level ... with a SSA around +1 ... to _+2 ... ...(most definitely not a little course) ... but only city moves baskets and well ... they have and want full control of the park. There is not a Disc golf club that can at this point influence what they do. But they have still made major strides in the past year alone.

2. It is hard to have a course not seem less than great when there are so many good courses in our state ... but I know its also better than some. IMO

3. I do think anyone that has not played it in a couple years should give it another chance ... I think most would agree that it does not suck ... maybe its not up to your standards as great ... but I really don't think it deserves the "sucks" label at all !!! IMO

peace
