Just wanted to say thanks to Jay for stepping up to the plate for this tournament. I'm really happy to see the enthusiasm and interest it's garnering and I'm even more excited about the new format.

And were glad to see something lighted a fire to get you and Tanner to play.

There will probably be an impromptu glow round at bc at sundown on saturday after the tournament. Bring your lights and stick around. The format is normally $2 random dubs.

Glow round? Dude you must be really fit. I'll likely be sleeping in the parking lot at ewing before this one's over!

It looks like we're going to have 11 teams! If there's any interest in the 12th team spot, please let me know ASAP. I can probably get you in if you let me know no later than tomorrow sometime. After that, it will be too late, I will have things made up/printed that will make adding another team impossible.

The weather looks to be spectacular this Saturday. Due to our early spring this year, everybody is going to be in for a treat. Ewing is close to being in full bloom. Many of you have enjoyed Ewing's beauty, but this time of year is when it is absolutely radiant. I have some temporary holes between 17 and 18 in the lilac arboretum, so make sure everyone is aware and courteous of other park users.

One other thing. Indianola road is closed between SE 14th street and the park. So to get to Ewing if you're coming down 14th street, take McKinley over to Indianola Road. It will put you past the construction and right at the northeast end of the park (corner by hole 3).....

See everyone Saturday morning!
