If your talking about this place that would be Bill Whitters house. My brother works for his company Bill Whitters Construction.

Yes because all construction is residential

They are an industrial construction and excavation company. They contract with the likes of ADM, Cargill, and others. My bro is at ADM almost everyday, both in CR and Clinton.

Thank you to everyone who came out for this event. My sincerest apologies for the unfortunate mishap during the second round. The farmer who leases the property called back later that night to verify that we did have permission to be there, but it was too late. The state trooper suggested that I get it in writing next time. So I called my lawyer and he is drawing up some contracts for next year. Thank you again.

I was looking for a story but couldn't find anything. I guess my googling isn't up to par.

I just checked Iowa's online court system and it said that Case # NTA0087847 had no disposition records as of yet. Case # SMSM087467 was dismissed.

He also had 3 other cases against him in the past; one in Linn County in 1994, One he pleaded guilty to in Linn County in 1997 and one in 2000 that was dismissed. He's been busy.

shane has more info, i just saw him @ work and he told me what was up. just figured it was a great opportunity to harass doug about the strokes he lost.

i was told the old man is pleading guilty and paying full restitution for all damaged goods. the 3 birdies are still in talks but not looking good..
