Looks like we are going to have to haul ass:

9:00 PM End Final 9 @ HH
play for 1 hr 15 mins (only 12 players)
7:45 PM Tee off @ HH
travel 30 mins

7:15 PM Leave Deerwood
final 9 players? 15 mins
7:00 PM Last card done @ Deerwood
playing the short tees 2 hrs 30 mins
4:30 PM Tee off @ Deerwood
travel 25 mins

4:05 PM Leave Exchange
play for 3 hrs 25 mins
12:40 PM Tee off @ Exchange
Break for 30 mins
12:10 PM 30 min Break
travel 5 mins

12:05 PM Leave Ghost Town
play for 2 hrs 15 mins
9:50 AM Tee off @ Ghost Town
travel 25 mins

9:25 AM Leave Tourist
play for 2 hrs 15 mins *must meet this goal
7:10 AM Tee off @ Tourist
meeting 10 mins
7:00 AM Player's Meeting @ Tourist

If we have max number of players...we are looking at 5 players per card at Tourist and Ghost Town. But, only 3 players per card elsewhere.

Ideas are being discussed about what to do if we are running late...maybe stay at Deerwood for the Final Nine. Quite possible...but, not really the spirit of an Ironman. When and where the Final 9 will take place just might be determined on how fast we play during the day.

Here is a Plan B in the event Tourist is NOT back in the ground.

We still meet at Tourist at 7am...due to advertised starting time and location. We group into 5 players per card and go play Ghost Town.

We regroup at Exchange into 3 players per card.

Then create flights after Exchange...goto Deerwood as Flights and play 36 holes...shorts and longs.

Top 4 in each flight goto Hickory Hills for the final nine.

Same 90 holes...but, only 4 courses.

18 long at Deerwood verses 18 at Tourist...BIG difference, but if Tourist does not exsist I don't know what else to do. I am off the Friday before and in communication with the Park Managers...so, I really really hope we get Plan A.

sweet how many you got so far? and i like the idea of playing the front longs for the last nine or the back longs. it would make sense to start on the back so you could finish out of the woods less looking for discs in thistles taller than SHAQ.

Thanks Lee and Tim for the efforts that went into the Ironman tournament it was a blast at least as far as i made it  I dont know if it was the heat or the 22 tall cans of bud light that did me in  I give the rest of everyone credit for crossing the finish line. Retro-Exchange was a blast from the past and the I thought really fun. Tisue and Mosley battled it out all day with Jonny Cakes coming out on top. My buddy Nate caddied for me or I would probly feel older than I do already :(
