Sorry I couldn't make it. The back 9 needs a bit of debris picked up, but it mostly just needs to be mowed.

When life gives you lemons, stick them in the freezer for a few hours, then throw them back, 'cause they're like rocks, man.

Tomorrow, Thursday May 1

I will be heading up to CR to help Doug P with downed tree removal to get ready for his tournament Legion of Doom (which is awesome!!!). Thought since we have so much experience with doing all that down around here, would offer if anyone wanted to go along and also help, we could carpool...

no pressure  :D

could also possibly leave earlier, play legion and be there ready to go when doug gets there...

i'm open for suggestions, otherwise i'll do my own thing. :P

Tonight, cinco de mayo, we're going to work on #10 at the Peninsula.

Please wear light colored clothing, long pants, and bug spray. Tick season is back, and there's no shortage of them out there. Please check yourselves, your pets, and your friends when the worknight is over!!

Hope everyone can make it out, 5:30, just head to #10 when you get there. Would like to make it a short and sweet worknight so we can all go do a little celebrating of cinco de mayo.

Unknown what all we're doing to #10, so bring workgloves, loppers, chainsaws, polesaws, and anything else that might be needed.

See you there! :D

We really cleaned up #10 last night!

Thanks to Luke, Morgan, Kevin, Mark, Brent, Jeff, and Dave!

If anyone notices the nice big stumps to sit on at most of the wooded holes, thank these guys for their huge muscles!!! :D

Next week we'll be working at Sugar, bring whatever you can! See ya at 5:30-6:00 (however long it takes people to get out there after work)!!!

Who is wspdiscgolf?????? Never seen that person post before.

Tonight's agenda:

Removal of autumn olive bushes on 14,15,&16.
Paint stumps in putting area for removal.
Dirt work on 11,12.
Fix benches on 6,12 (need to be lower)
Misc trimming

May not get all these things done, but we can start. 14-16 are the priority.

Hope to see as many faces as possible. Many hands make small work.

All those posts must have come before my time.

12 and 6 both have benches, but they are "big boy" benches. Would be easy to take bench top off, cut posts shorter, reinstall bench top.

Thanks to Kevin, Mark, Brent and Greg!!! We cut out trees and cleaned up 14-16 at Sugar. Those holes are looking SUPER nice!!!

And thanks to the Army Corps for the great mow job they did recently! This is what a disc course should look like (without all the water!!) and we should always give the Army Corps the credit they deserve! Next time you see a ranger, let him/her know! :D
