You can get your chance at Madrid, of course we both always shoot so well on that course, but on the good side just finishing the tournament a person gets 25 points.

Plus you have the same number of points as Robinson.

fuzzy math

Postby chainsmoker » Tue Aug 25, 2009 12:05 pm

how did I (Lansing) go from 175 at Belle Plaine to 190 at the DSM Open with a 7th place finish? should have been a 40 point gain. not 15.

Tom, you have participated in 8 events, we only count top 7, thus I removed one event where you scored the least, since I removed a 25 point event and keep the 40 pointer you got at the Open, that is only an increase of 15 points.

Neils,

Is this thing locked up for Sprague?

There's no way I could catch him at this point, and Clue can't catch me...is that correct?

Actually, now we start throwing out some of our low scores so if you or I won a couple we might make a significant move whereas Sprague may be close to maxing out. I don't see catching him though.

I'm guessing no. But it everyone that I have stats on. I've told people over and over if they don't see their name to let me know. I know I'm missing several.

Shane, I (Dustin Oostendorp) think my points are wrong. I've played...

OPC- where I believe I took 14th
July 4th with the Devil- got 2nd
Franklin Fling- tied for 8th
I play the game, but I don't keep score. I can't win or lose.

Tanner, the best way for you and Clue to look at it is we have 4 tournaments left, the best anyone can do is 700 points. Sprague has almost all high finishes with only one 25 pointer that he will most likely improve upon. All of you already have your 7 events, so none of you will have your point total go down. Tanner has a 25 and a 55 to pick up points from and with a couple of wins can over take Chris. Clue has 2 - 25's, a 40, a 55 and a 60, so he can make up a lot, but needs to get wins and hope you other stink the rest of the year. So Tanner you really have the only chance to take Chris, unless Olson would win out.

Points have been updated, sorry I missed you playing the Devil, you moved up to 10th with your additional 90 points.
