Can I start me and Beeman this week at Doral? I've been playing it on Tiger tonight. Finally flirting with 49.

I spoke with a few other fantasy golf vets this weekend and they agreed that if you get back a couple hundred points its almost impossible to catch back up, even with the mulligan scoring option in effect, due to everyone picking the same players every single week, even this early in the first session. And thats the frustrating part, is trying to catch back up using hunches and luck, which sets you even farther back. Oh well fun while it lasted.

I thought of an idea to keep you interested. Let's pretend you are up 138 points instead of down and we'll make a wager that I'll make up the difference. I want 5-1 for whatever you want to play for.

I wish this was a Pga Tiger Woods league. Btw 3 weeks till the new game. I'm hearing you want to buy the collectors edition, for $10 extra you get 5 downloadable courses.

Thanks for the advice, sounds well worth it. Do you have it pre-ordered? I haven't inquired yet. I get back from Texas that day. Can't wait to play it.

No i never pre order games. I haven't had any problems finding games on its release date since Madden in the early 2000's. Enjoy texas if you see Romo's wife smack that a$$ for me.

No, I'm on PS3. I'm pretty good, but I keep making one mistake/round. I have 10 rounds or so with 17 birdie or better holes, but I have yet to have a perfect round or crack 50.

Hey Beeman, have you ever aced hole 6(?) at Bay Hill, that big sweeping par 5 that you can reach straight across the water. Took a couple cracks at last night. Rolled through the green once and checked up about 3 feet for the double eagle putt the 2nd time. Just was curious what they called it if you aced it.

I did it twice in 06 TW, it just said "-4" both times. You should always double-eagle that hole.

I can't get there without at least a 5mph tailwind.

Tiger Woods Masters demo is available at the ps store. Im downloading it right now. Lindsley is right you should dbl eagle that one everytime, unless the wind is at gale force. The hardest settings are very fast greens, gale force winds, and if you reallly want to chuck someone up set the shot timer for 10 seconds.

Wow Watney shoots 5 down and still only gets me 16 pts. Also found out that if you use your backup anytime during the 4 rounds, it counts as a start for them. Not sure if you all knew that or not.

Congrats to Lindsley and Stibal for hitting with Watney. Great tournament. Tiger looked good today. This is shaping up to be the most wide open year of golf that I can remember.
