Defense I usually stick to Corner and Free Safety.

Kicker too. Only for 35+ though.

I'm guessing it's been a long time since you were a tight end.
Are you ready for the Challenge?

Yeah, "normality" would be great to have back again.

yeah, came out of it with a small shoulder injury and, judging by my headache, I may have incurred a slight concussion. But I gave it my all and we came out with the W.

All in all, a good sacrifice for the team I think.

You get a little skull-and-crossbones for your helmet.

Careful Sarg... Our game vs ISU looked like us vs Syracuse last year. Didn't show us anything to prove we'll any better. I'm praying it was the wet conditions that caused the slop, but there's the penalties, and lack of ball movement that worried me. Oh, and I thought it was interesting that Christensen moved the ball just fine in the 2nd half... (-; lol Stanzi is not the 2nd coming of Obama *cough*, I mean the Messiah...

He'll get better, but I'm still sticking w/ Jake in my mind.

No he actually wasnt that bad at all. 1 int he had no controll over just bad luck and the other was a really bad throw into triple coverage. I think that Stanzi is a much better passer and seems to be alot more laid back out there. I think by the end of the year he will be the full time starter. You have to remeber this was his 1st real start and he had ALOT of pressure on him because of the circumstances (Rivalry game). Jake is just Jake. He isnt going to do anything special but he is going to try his best to get the job done. Jake does read the defensse alot better than Ricky but that all will come with game experiance.

i TOTALLY agree w/ that one. He may earn it, but after last week I appreciated what he showed us, but knew it'd be bad against ISU. He wasn't bad, but I did wonder if JC should start. I say JC is back @ the helm this week, but don't expect him to stay there. He may leave & come back in though - who knows.

if the hawks had a game of who can throw the ball at my ankles. J.C. would win. hes been awful for awhile. just because he came into a game and did good for a couple of series dosent mean he deserves the startin role back. i was impressed at his play-best ive seen him for a while but stanzi deserves the start. he gave them the lead and didnt give it up.

The new depth chart for Pitt came out and for QB it says Stanzi/Christenson so I think it will be a set rotation like it was the 1st two games.
