I don't know if anybody else has been watching this but dammit. I've been paying a bit of mind, Djokovic over Roddick (wtf happened to him, he was supposed to be good). Gilles Muller over Davydenko (my favorite tennis player)... Oh awesome... getting closer and closer to Nadal v. Federer......................................... this is stupid.

Lets get some damn play. Tennis used to be a hell of a game.

the lower ranks need to man up, for sure. Roddick's capable, so are many other guys... I remember being a Chang & Agassi fan as a kid, only to see them get challenged by the best - Sampras, Ivanicavic, hmmm, cant remember that far back. Tennis has always had 1-2 leaders who always won though. Steffi, Chang, Agassi, Sampras, MacEnroe, Williams, Williams, etc...

They all had their run for a couple/few years, and then faded a little, still played well, then later retired. It'll happen to Roger too, just not any time soon. Then some other punk will come along & take Nadal's place (seems impossible though w/ their ages)

The only thing good about Roddick's game is his serve. Thats it. His forehand is so weak and expoited by all his opponents. But hes the best America has, so he gets all the attention. Good match though, i thought he was going to push it to 5 sets for sure.

yeah, i don't think roddick is all that good either.

it is now nadal's world.

federer might have a couple more grand slams in him, but it is always tough to come back when you fall from #1.

just ask the great john mcenroe. i, for one, thought he would always be the greatest after his awesome year of 1984. he took a couple months off, and then his game was quite streaky.
One of the greatest discoveries a man makes, one of his great surprises, is to find he can do what he was afraid he couldn't do.

That's because there was this machine called Ivan Lendl that nobody could beat.

Just thought I'd get his name out there too. He was something.

Lendl would have been another great name to throw in there. He gave Agassi a lot of trouble from what i remember.

Shhh!

Fausch doesn't know why he likes them so much yet.

Just give him some time, he'll figure it out someday.

WHAT??? Their Wimbeldon match was ridiculous, if you don't like watching two of the best ever then you probably don't appreciate tennis.
