Hawks favored by 22 over Maine?

Postby ghstinshll » Tue Aug 26, 2008 8:10 am

I'm a loyal Hawk fan, but come on! There's NO way that THIS team is going to cover 22 pts on nearly anyone. In past years, yes. In the last 2, no!

Im taking Maine, Iowas going to be terrible as usual this year. I believe Ferentz was actually rated the most overpaid coach in college football this year...weird.

Already taken care of there 10 up. The Hawks have been horrible the last couple years and I see no reason they wouldnt continue that trend.

yeah, well... If there is going to be an up year it's going to be this one. Nicest schedule we've had in awhile. I think if this year doesn't go well then there may be some reformation coming.

I think they're pretty close. Syracuse is in northern NY, so only a short jaunt through MA, NH, and VT, and you're there.

Better hope so because one of your top back-up running backs left the team because he didn't win the starting spot. Iowa Football ......... full of streakers, thiefs, rapists, and quitters ........ WAFJ

Yeah Nathan Guilloury did transfer, he was an all-american JUCO back that Iowa picked up this year. Im pretty sure its a good thing when an all-american transfers because he is 4th string behind 2 freshman and a junior. I would say we are pretty well off in the RB area. He in know way was a TOP back-up and probably would have never seen the field since Iowa just got a commitment from 4* RB Brandon Wegher for 2009.

Iowa football isnt full of rapist and thiefs, last time I checked they were all off the team....good try though.

compare iowas players withe any team from the s.e.c. and u will see that they dont want to have criminals on the team so they kick them off where the s.e.c. seems to embrace the criminal element as long as they can ball. and they can be dumb as shit too. who cares when u get the answers to every and all tests
