Season's over

Postby 10up » Mon Jul 21, 2008 6:35 pm

Saints pick up Jeremy Shockey, cementing what is probably the best passing game in the league. Backed by Deuce Mac, Thomas, and maybe some Reggie Bush (although I do hate him) I don't know if the nfl is prepared for New Orleans this year...

it just keeps getting better and better.

I'd put him up against any of the yankee's...

Please? Deuce? Did you watch football in '06? Granted he was outshined by Ledanian Tomlinson, but who wasn't? If he has any play left after two surgically rebuilt knee's (which I agree, the jury is out) they will be a force. No denying it.

Ok I will.
Yards TD Int QB rating Team W-L
Brady 4806 50 8 117.2 16-0
Manning 4040 31 14 98.0 13-3
Brees 4423 28 18 89.4 7-9

So from the look of it Brees had bout 400 more yards than manning but he is toast in every other category.

Really? Now I shutup about the other stuff, but Brees definitely belongs in the top 5.

1. Peyton Manning
2. Drew Brees
3. Tom Brady
4. Carson Palmer
5. Tony Romo?

I don't know if I would have Palmer in the top 5.

1. T. Brady
2. P. Manning
3. T. Romo
4(tie). D. Brees
4(tie). D. McNabb

yeah, I had a hard time with that at first but he really has put up some solid numbers the last few and the potential is definitely there for him to keep getting better.

McNabb, I thought about him, but something always turns me off... can't quite. put. my finger on it....

Brees is def. a top 5 QB. Also puts up sick fantasy numbers. Last year was good but 06 he crushed.

Mike is an Iggles fan, but i am also not a fan of McNabb. Just boring or something, reminds me of Culpepper and that ghey dance he does.
