I’m not enjoying this “run” at all. At least it was a good fight to win the division.

From here on out Go Rockies!

it was? last I checked, the Cards and BrewCrew sucked the sweat off dead men's balls in September and gave it to the next best team in line. But hey, I guess Cub fans have to be happy with what they can get---winning the weakest division in baseball, and beating the Hawkeyes, I mean Cardinals.....damn those frISUdian slips.

Don't throw in the towel till it's over Joe. Two W's at Wrigley are definately attainable, and then there's still one more chance to get one win in Phoenix. It ain't over till the fat goat, I mean lady, sings.

Got this emailed to me from a long time cub fan.

Today I would like to announce that effective immediately I am terminating the Chicago Cubs as my favorite baseball team. This final decision was made shortly after those sackless assbags were swept by the hapless D-backs. The pain and suffering I've endured for over 25 years is just too much to handle anymore and I look forward to enjoying the rest of my life without worrying about them. At this time I am researching and soul searching to find a new team to whore my allegiance to.

I think it is customary for most true sports fans to find an excuse for thier team failing. For the Cubs' embarising sereis against the DBacks this past week I blame Ron Darling. For those that don't know, he was a commentator for the Cub's/ DBack sereis, and did a horrible job. I would rather of listened to the White Sox announcers than him. As if watching the Cub's match their worst baseball of the year wasn't enough, I had to listen to Darling.

The Cubbies gave it a good run this year. Stay tuned for "Cubs' aka Best Team in Baseball - 2008 edition" :D

Go Rockies!
NO!......Welp!?
