Quest AT Raging Inferno

I have heard some decent reviews about this disc. Does anybody have any feedback or opinions on this disc. How does it compare distance wise to a Wraith?

I carry a Raging Inferno DT in my bag. The normal runs are pretty beefy, but once they get beat in, they are as long as any other disc on the market. Ton's of glide.

I guess I'm new to disc terminoligy. Does beefy mean that it falls quickly?

Beefy means that the disc will fade hard at the end of the flight, also know as "get gateway".

Are gateway discs known to be beefy?

I know I will catch some flack for this one, but...here we go.

It is a matter of opinion on if Gateway discs are known to be beefy. Right now, I would say no, just because they have a wide array of discs that are overstable to understable. They do however make a few molds that are probably the most overstable discs on the market (ie. Speed Demon, Spirit and Demon). These discs definitely have their uses. I carry a Spirit and a Demon.

FYI....Gateways discs are made that way intentionally. Dave has designed discs for people in the game. They are contol discs for the most part. Beat in your disc then, Hyzer pop up. In the past the discs made have been for advanced to pro level players.

Now the company is going in another direction. Dave is making discs that are more friendly to all levels of golfers.

The future is uncertain, but I will expect great things to happen for Gateway in the future.

And as for the Raging Inferno DT. They are pretty overstable, unless you throw a "super light" weight. The R.I. DT is not a gateway disc.

If you are looking for dimple technollogy, check out the Diablo DT.

HUH?~! hte R.I.D.T wasn't very beefy when I threw it... I'd say it's more of a "normal" driver. No Dome, Flat, and Fast!

Jason...was your RIDT purple by any chance? Because every other color of RIDT with the exception of the purple, are rather beefy. I know other sponsored Gateway guys have said the same thing.

The one I threw was white... maybe by chance I just seemed to get a good rip on it because of the hard rim it's got? It was in Jay's bag (not to throw you under the bus, man...)

Ok, just wnated to say that knowing thee discs as the Quest AT brand will trash their reputation. They're truly Gateway raging Inferno's, and I'm impressed... Slightly stable to understable? Go w/o the DT. Need BEEFY? DAMN! Go w/ the DT....

Word to ur mom, Joe!
