Just wondering, and I'm not positive because I didn't see his final score, but Joey said that he finished yesterday at +3?

I'll re-add tonight to make sure. (-:

Otherwise, Your card said you were even, so I put you down for a 0. The 3.5 was half of the +7 you were last week, everaged over last & this week.

also, if anybody has any suggestions, please let me know...

I'm working on ripping that vid I had into a computer format - so that I can put it on a CD & hand out copies... Not sure if I'll have it ready for next week or not though.

Are you sure my score is +11 and not +1

I don't think I made a putt all night. Good job on your jump putting! Maybe I'll have to give that a try...It can't be any worse than what I usually do...

I don't know which Mike was in my group but he hit some nice putts.

That was Mike Buntin.

Thanks Matt! I'll drop off the EDGE DVD I mentioned so you can look at it. I think it had something about jump putting in there.

oh yeah thats fine! I wasn't thinking mine was wrong, I just thought Joey Tessman's score was lower than +6 this week. Also, Jonny was trying to register on here so he could post, but said that it wouldn't let him register for some reason? Not that you would be able to fix that, but I'll try to help him get signed up on here and see why it is not letting him register.

ask him what ID he tried to sign up with, and I'll ask the admins if they can clean out that entry... (-;

All,

It looks like the weather will be dry, not cool, but windy on Tuesday night. Since it's actually going to be favorable, we're going to play all 18 holes (12 regulars & 6 shorts).

I think we'll play 2 weeks of 18, then do a week of best shot doubles on week 5. For week 6, I'm debating a round of safari golf, or whether we should go back to 18. If anyone would rather NOT play safari (mixing up the teepads to other holes' baskets), let me know. This does tend to make the course play longer... (-;

Lemme know if you have any suggestions or concerns regarding the Week 6 safari.

(also: I fixed a couple scores averages that weren't added right from week 2. Thanks to those who caught my errors.)

Jason

In my opinion we should not play a round of safari golf. It's just playing a longer course and I don't think anyone really has the arm to have fun with it.

I say we play a regular 18 or a best shot.

In the end I'll go with whatever you decide, just wanting to state my opinion.

Ok, scratch the safari. Good call, Matt.

So, 2 18's, then 2 weeks best shot dubs, 18...

Good night tonight, everybody... I haven't added yet, but I hope the wind didn't tear us up much.

Props to "Princess Leah" for rocking some longer D tonight!

Thanks for Gary, Pat, & Andy for coming to play along - filling in spots where others were out of town, busy & such...

Results, Week 3: Averages will follow people's names

Note: This was for 18 holes, so the overages are higher than last week for sure.

+7 John Anderson (5.3) ***
+7 Joey Tessman (10)
+9 Tyler D (11.3) ***
+9 Matt Melcher (11.7)
+10 Jonny Tessman (8.3)
+11 Dustin Borror (6)
+13 Russ Tessman (12.33)
+15 Wade Smith (16.3)
+32 Leah Calvert (26.3)
+2 (me) (0.7)

One flaw I know of is that the averages are now flawed w/ switching from 12 holes to 18 holes. I could use a multiplier to the first two weeks if I could figure out what that was to reflect those over 18, but hopefully you guys can "go w/ the flow" on that one. (-:

n/a Mike Buntin (7.5)
n/a Nick Wendt (9.5)
n/a Mike Kieler (10.5)
n/a Amanda Zuck (15)
n/a Lindsey Wendt (19)
n/a Gary Neville (20.5)
