The grass seed we spread is growing better than I expected and holding up well with the heavier than normal traffic for this time of year. The course will be playing more like late May conditions for the dubs tourney, with a much more "closed in" feel than other years past.

After the 2 inches of rain last night we lost a lot of mulch and all the step areas have some issues. There were streams/rivers flowing all over the fairways. It will need some raking in places.

We better shut her down, sounds unplayable.

There were sizeable trees falling as we were playing tonight.......

Steve, I talked to Crager and he said all he saw was a little 4"er down on 18 by the C pin that fell into a pine but he was only on the back mushroom hunting. He said he'd go around the front and check things out and get back to us. I'm hoping some hangers we want to come down have fallen.

The course is playing great, no tree damage causing any issues. The pads are clean and dry. Normal winter conditions, just watch where you throw and/or have a spotter on the blind holes.

The ice is slick Dev. :P

With all the melt, the snow that is left is not deep, really crusty and easy to walk on. I put the boots away Saturday and wore the shoes with no problem.

Maybe a burn pile or 20. Lots of brush cleanup on 10, 11, 13, 17 and 18 and some chainsaw work too with much more to do. Things are slowly getting back to normal or better. We've got some ideas for improvements this year for sure, can't stop tinkering. You'll just have to come out and see what's new...

I was out there 2 weeks ago but only got to play the front. Probably make a trip soon as it stops snowing. Sounds like another front coming Sunday. Lame

Lame for sure, I'm ready for a spring thaw so more work can be done. Props to Timmy, Crager, Btchn and Steve for the bulk of the burning btw.

We had 4 shoveler's yesterday. The pads are clean unless last nights snow re-covered them. We didn't get to 8B or 9B. It was the deepest cover we've had in 2 years. Hope it melts quick. I want to get back to cleaning up.

No problems, the river is high but still in its banks. There's a little ponding around nine's pins and a little soggy in some spots but otherwise in good shape considering the amount of rain we've had.

Had a blast...went up with a couple people that never played it before. Before we finished the front 9, it was already decided that a long camping weekend up there was in order...
