2009 Course Work

Postby Budhyzer 17696 » Thu Oct 01, 2009 7:50 am

We are still planing on working but not if it's really raining hard.
The rain is supposed to let up early Saturday morning so once it does we'll be hard at it.
Our plan is to work on Sunday also but we'll have to see what we get done on Saturday and go from there.
Hopefully it won't be to wet on the path back to #11/#12 that we can get the mulcher back there.
The plan is to mulch the piles on #11 through #13 triangle area.

That would be great if you can help Adam!
Do you want to pick up our baskets for your tourney then or....?
Crager and Btchn have baskets too, you may want to ask them.

With the deluge of rain yesterday and some more on the way today, we may not be mulching this weekend.
We'll make the call this afternoon and post it here.

OK, we are going to do this.
We'll start tomorrow morning around 9:00 - 10:00 ish.
If you want to help, show up when you can.
If it is too wet, we'll be spreading mulch that is already there and wait until the afternoon.
We'll finnish up on Sunday what we couldn't get done on Saturday.
Damn rain

Thanks to Crager, Btchn, Timmy, Paul, Tanner, Bob for hauling the mulcher up and Steve for funding the entire project.
The crew kicked some serious tree limb a$$ and the course looks much better for it.
Special thanks to our new friend Troy and his mean chainsaw; #13 looks more like it should now.

Just some mulch speading to go and the course will be ready for the tourney.

Great job by the crew on Saturday spreading all the mulch we had around the front nine and 10 through 14.
9 / 15-17 is all that needs touched up.

Rumor has it #17 tee pad will be extended and landscaped before the tourney  8)
