haha, well, you just go in to the customer service department, say you can't find the receipt for the item and as long as it is sold at a wal-mart they will inspect the item real quick and you will get your money back as long as it doesn't have cosmetic damage done to it.

Use the excuse, " it is not the one my son or daughter was looking for."

I bought my Zune from toys-r-us for $80 and returned it to wal-mart for $200...
