I have a 10x pro teebird 175g. It is used with ink 7/10. Cash would be great.

OK thread derailment

11x and 12x what are the differences. I know from reading on DGR.com that if you look at the "I" in Innova there will either be serifs ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serif) or not (just an I with a straight line). People say that they are different molds and all that good stuff.

I looked at all my teebirds a while ago and I had both. Everyone look at your favorite teebirds and take note of which I's you have.

Rumor 1 – Some 11x say Distance, some say Fairway. Later 11x runs say Fairway as Innova changed it to fairway as newer high speed drivers came out. In the end all 11x are the same.

Rumor 2 – Some 11x are actually 12x molds. The Tooling on the back says “Innova” vs “lnnova”. The ones with the “Innova” are true 11x molds.

In theory an 11x Fairway “lnnova” should be a 12x mold.

Some say 11x are flatter, some say domier, some say the fairway ones are flatter, some say they are domier, etc

To me the dome vs flatness is why you buy them in person, not online. I notice a slight, very slight, difference in flight from the ones stamped 12x vs the ones stamped 11x. I prefer the 11x, but that's probably because they are the ones that are seasoned (older, more used). I'm sure if I seasoned a new 12x I wouldn't be able to tell a difference. As far as the 11x with "Innova" vs "lnnova" and fairway vs distance; I could really care less.

If you hand me any Champ TeeBird I will throw it the same regardless of what it is. Once you start thinking about what X it is that's when you start questioning yourself and think you have to throw it differently ............ you already lost a stroke and you haven't even thrown yet ........... Indian not the Arrows argument once again.

I know some of you (Grant and your Firebirds) will disagree with me, that's fine.

I enjoy watching you blame a bad thumber on not having a 10x Firebird ..... it gives me a good laugh

Corey,

A blind man can see the difference between an 11X and 12x firebird. It has nothing to do with thumbers. The 11x is much more overstable out of the box.

Again Innova's consistency is crap..... Really wish Discraft could run all Innova's good mold's, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Innova's molds are the only thing keeping them in front. If it was based on the quality of the product Discraft would win hands down.
