I didn't mention it, because I didn't want you to drive the price up on me.

This is pretty sweet. I think this is the guy who was charged with trespassing for taking discs out of the lake and selling em. Here's mine! Email sent already. Wonder what his response will be..if anything at all.

Yep that's the dude. How does he have 99.7% positive feedback when everyone now knows that he's the pond diver that sells people's discs?

Apparently I am on the opposite side of the fence on the whole pond diving thing. If I throw a disc in the water, I have no illusions of actually getting it back. So it is fair game to anybody that wants to put the effort forth to retrieve it.

1.) You can't go in the lake

2.) They have volunteers all week and weekend retrieving discs.

3) Heard he was charged with trespassing for going in

Still waiting on a reply from him.

Dear olywon440,

Hi there Adam,
You are correct, this disc does have your name and pdga # on it. I did not retrieve this one though. As you probably heard someone got caught in the pond after day 1 @ the USDGC, well that WAS me. I was given a restraining order from the premises and have not been back. + I made returns on my own dime to those I had pulled the night before. What I have been doing a lot of is staking out the local Play it again sports and buying up anything of value that I can still make a few bucks on that others are bringing in. Your Avenger falls into this category. I paid 6.99 for this disc knowing I could make more from it on auction. They don't know special discs if they bite em in the ass. So I really don't know what to say. It makes me feel bad, I would have for sure worked something out if this is one I just pulled and not invested in it. Please try to understand my position on this one, I'm sure it's tough when you see a nice picture of one of your surely "money discs"
