I don't really care that sandbaggers played in the intermediate level. I learnded a lot and had a blast playing. The only thing I was trying to say is that some people take the Iowa Games way to serious and that sandbagging may cause some conflict with those who are to competitive.
I plan on playing again this next year and my only goal is to post a better score that the last year.

its a good thing to bring up i dont think that many older aged people try to pull stuff like that for iowa games...i think its more people that dont know what level to play at. For people that may play in 1 or 2 smaller nonsanctioned tourneys a year its tricky to know what skill level you actually are.
The real excitement is playing the game.
