What happened to the REAPER?

Postby WaterlooChainSeeker » Sat May 19, 2007 4:54 pm

I am a Forehand thrower with a pretty heavy arm and I have been throwing Reapers for a long time with great success. The elite Z IMO is much more overstable than the regualr plastic and I lose about 100 feet of overall distance using the elite version which works out great at 6 bucks a disc vs 13. Just wondering what others thought of Discrafts Reaper and what others throw that is comparable.

Pick up a CRUSH in X plastic... Better glide than the Z, and a similar wide rim, slight concase lip... Shoul dbe similar stability too... Maye .1 or .2 more stabel than the reaper. Scheels IN DM still gets themin proD plastic though...

Actually...the rim widths aren't even close to the same. The Crush is in the wide rimmed category where as the reaper is in the old school type rim.

I used to throw Z-Reapers for my thumber disc. As for something that is comparable...the Firebird is probably the next closest thing to flight that I can think of. And the firebird might be a bit more beefy.
