Thats right! I dont want want any crazy disc golfers showing up at my house trying make a shot from my deck :D

This has been a lot of fun to be involved with. Can't wait until it's completely finished.

I posted this in the course directory, but for those of you that have no idea where Windflower Park is and been following this thread and are interested in checking out the course, just put the following address in your favorite mapping site. It will take you directly to the first tee.

1915 North Avenue, Norwalk, IA

here's what it looks like today...I post these only so we can compare tomorrow...

The first tee - looks like it will be kinda muddy for a while - I put some grass seed out yesterday so I hope it germinates soon...

The 11th hole - you may be able to see the white flag where the basket is gonna go - then again, you may not. Look at all that standing water. i hope it clears up by the weekend...

Here's the view from the 12th tee...springtime in Iowa!

Well - baskets were installed today...The wind was blowing pretty hard and had a huge effect on the first 6 holes. We put 2 discs in the creek.

Here's Gary making the first shot at Windflower...

Here's Jeremy teeing off on the 4th...

Still some work to to but is sure was fun to actually play the course...

OH YEAH
Had a Great time with Jeremy, Matt, Dan, Jason and Dewey. Played 2 full games and had a blast.

Pointing 7 of the baskets towards the creek should be a good challeng for everyone. and once the leaves have gotten on, there sould be some good curse words.

Hope everyone makes it down to give it a try. :D

I just want to let everyone know what a great job Gary and Jeremy did on this course. Everyone that was involved in putting this course together should give themselves a big pat on the back.

GREAT JOB!!!

Played the course with Gary, Jeremy, and the gang tonight, and felt they made good use of the space they had to work with. Anyone who has a chance needs to get down to Norwalk, show your support and play a round or 2.

Enjoy!!!
