I know there was a GNugg shortage not too long ago...reminded me of the time when it wasn't a regular release...

Did you see the Gazette article?

^ Thanks for sharing that. I didn't know Backpocket did contract brewing for Schlafly.

Going to Michigan tomorrow. Thinking FFF, Founders and possibly Bells. Would like to do Jolly Pumpkin but it's too far East. Had a La Roja last night. So good. Been hitting the sours pretty heavily this summer.

Bought my first Oktoberfest and Pumpkin of the year. In July. What the hell? They are in the Sam Adams "Harvest" mix pack. I know it's only Sam and I normally wouldn't do it, but I prettymuch bought it just so I could say I bought those varieties in July.

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA is my favorite beer of the Summer. #2 would probably be Love Child #3. Both are wonderful. Into Citra Hops and Sours right now. Hoping to pick up some tarts while in Madison this weekend.

- I'm with you on the Fresh Squeezed. I think I've gone thru 8-9 bombers now. Anyone see this in 6'rs anywhere is DSM?
- Baitshop last Friday had a sour from Rock Bottom that was pretty unique. Finished with Sutliff Cider (details cloudy-ask Alex Rowan) Almost a salty/tequila-ish front then apple sweetness turning tart? Probably a two glass max, but really worth trying.
- Also figured out all the Monks Cafe I've had in bottles is junk compared to tap. Must lose a lot sitting on the shelves of stores.
Calmer than you are.

So I started to cellar beers about a year ago. Sitting on 171 bottles now. Love traveling the states for tournaments but man it's gotten to be a pricey little adventure. Between drinking and aging, it's a little much at times. Still all about the sours, guezes and citra hop beers.

New to the cellar..

New Glarus Stawberry Rhubarb, Raspberry Tart and Serendipity
Oskar Blues Ten Fidy
Hoppin Frog D.O.R.I.S The Destroyer
Dark Horse Tres Blueberry Stout and Plead the 5th
Saugatuck Neapolitan Stout
New Holland Blue Sunday Sour and Envious
Almost all the Anchorage Brews
Big Wood Morning Wood out of MN
Southern Tier Creme Brûlée
and Boulevard Saison Brett
