When you drive up to this course, dont judge it at first as an easy course. It really surprised me and I would drive 2 and a half hours again to play it. It may not be a # 10 course but if your driving by, stop and give it a try. :D

I agree, it's a fun course -- pretty good 9-holer, although almost no elevation. I don't know that I would make a trip just for this one, but it is nice -- I've stopped to play this one on the way to Fort Madison or Hamilton. It has some different types of shots and a couple holes that are really tough 3s (for me at least). It takes maximum advantage of a small brushy seasonal creek for a couple of the best-designed holes. A lot of big trees, nice grass. Very clean, very little traffic, you will likely have the place to yourself.

This is a fun course, I havent played it for a while, but i do like it. It has some challenging holes, but no elevation like he said. I still like it and it has some very long holes like hole 4 at 540 feet.

It's wild playing this course when the amunition plant is testing bombs. It's kind of like playing near Baghdad.

This course might be getting a second set of baskets.
