Keokuk has ordered new Titans for Rand Park. I looks like Rand will be the same layout this year. We are taking the old baskets and putting in a couple 9 holers in Keokuk.

This is good news. Where are the 9 holers going to be?

I'm hoping the SCC campus works out and possibly the park with the City pool.

Awesome, I remember last year before we started my group was putting around on 11 I think and the basket dropped down the pole to the ground! LOL

You should have let the guys in Keokuk know you were putting the new ones in. We could have helped.

Also the Keokuk League was going to discuss moving hole #1. It's getting washed out when it rains and its only a matter of time before it will be unusable.

Roger said he reinforced the area around hole 1's basket with concrete yesterday when he was installing the baskets. Shoud be good to go.

Actually, the last time it rained really hard, the basket was completely underwater and it was undercut by about 4 inches. The creek is getting eroded badly, along with the gravel under the basket.

Definately in for this one. Haven't missed this in years and worth the trip. Everyone gets treated well, the courses are fun, and tons of prizes for all. Bill, will we be playing any of the longer tee pads?

As far as I know we will be playing the regular t-pads. With the way you have been throwing maybe we should put in some new one to give you a challenge. Great job at the worlds.

played the course yesterday...the bottom holes got hit pretty hard by some flooding it looked like..a couple of the pads were muddy and there were rocks and mud everywhere..just needs a little upkeep. The temporary holes were also very grown in. had those little green balls all over me after we got done with em lol..still one of my favorite courses down here.
