So far, KC Worlds is the only Worlds that Wiggins has played in that he didn't win. :) Good kid, he's got a bright future, if he stays with it and doesn't burn out. A lot of changes happen in college/after high school.

Jack, I think the Red and Blue courses have been toughened up a bit. Also, SSA isn't totally an indication of difficulty. It could just mean the course is long (LL Blue or Blue Valley), but the LL Gold course is plenty hard.

Chuck, I wanted to play four courses only for Worlds for all divisions. Unfortunately, that wasn't really possible considering our timeline, the sheer number of people we had (922), and the number of people that would have screamed if they didn't get to play certain courses. If we were running pro only, I'd have probably run it on 4-5 courses total and chosen a schedule simliar to yours at LL. Live and learn. Plus we've got a fantastic new course that we DEFINITELY would have used (Young Park)

If you look soon before they correct it there is a kid in under 13 boys that has a 1072 rated round.

Wiggins wins by 29 strokes, 4/6 rounds over 1000. Somebody needs to punch that dude in the face. Nice win bagger, I hope theres some footage of him going nuts on the last hole. 8)

Until you haters put up any 1000 rated rounds I'll just attribute all your hating to jealousy.

This was just absolutely ridiculous though. Theres no such thing as a "Triple Crown" for Ams. Congrats you redefined sandbagging Wigger. Hopefully for you someone will remember in two years.

I think the kid gets a pass for being a teenager.

Had a good time in Ohio. As usual, I enjoyed the courses but they don't hold a candle to what we have here in Des Moines area. I would even put the Quad Cities and Kansas City ahead of these. The only similarity I could find in any of the courses to anything in this area would be the course in Tiffin, Ohio. It played slightly longer that Osky with a creek affecting 6 or 7 holes and more OB's than Osky (even with the ropes). I thought the event ran well and if you ever find yourself in Marion, Ohio  :?: the Fairfield Inn had the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Had a solid week for the most part and then Hee Hawed it on the last round to miss the semi-finals. My brother and nephew missed the semis by just one stroke. Played with a lot of good guys and the movement is definitely to the youth. A 16 year old kid won his age division for distance with a monster 570' throw and he was throwing at the same time as Wiggins and making him sweat. A late arrival took Wiggins out in the distance competition with a 600' shot after most people had declared wiggins the winner. The only comment I would make about Wiggins would be based on accomplishments. I am not a historian, but how many people have stayed an am to try and win those three events and actually did it?? I believe it was announced at the Am Nats that he was turning pro after worlds. I think he already has sponsorship secured as well. I hope he continues to do well. Who knows, maybe a few years down the road he will have a gagggle of ho's come out of the woodwork and out him for his exploits    :D :) :o .

No, I think they pulled it off losing to the Pirates, Brewers, and White Sox.

I think it had something to do with you hee-hawing the Z Nuke towards the cars at the Test Drive

Not that I can totally laugh at that as I creamed the sign at Delaware with my attempted roller
